1. How do I place an order? You may place your order directly through our website or via our booking link. For custom creations, we kindly require a minimum of 5 days’ notice to ensure the artistry you deserve.

2. How far in advance should I order? We recommend reserving your order at least one week in advance for bespoke cakes. Rush orders may be accommodated based on availability and will incur an additional fee.

3. Do you offer delivery? Yes — delivery is available for an added fee based on distance. Please arrange this during the booking process to ensure seamless service.

4. What is your cancellation policy? All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 7 days of your event are not eligible for credit or rescheduling, as each creation is crafted to order.

5. Do you offer vegan, gluten-free, or allergen-friendly options? We offer a curated selection of allergen-conscious alternatives. Please share any dietary needs during your consultation. Kindly note: while our kitchen is nut-conscious, it is not certified nut-free.

6. Can I schedule a tasting? Absolutely. Tastings are available for weddings and large-scale events by appointment. We’d be delighted to guide you through the flavor experience.

7. Do you require a deposit? Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due 3 days prior to pick-up or delivery.

8. Where are you located? We are proudly based in Georgia. Pick-up location details are provided upon order confirmation.

9. Do you create custom designs? Indeed — custom artistry is our specialty. We tailor each design to your vision, color palette, and occasion. Inspiration photos are always welcome.
